A chronicle of my ideas for a Resident Evil game. I would put it all onto a wiki but I can't seem to navigate one correctly

Introduction to my Proposed Game
In an unnamed South American country (the homeland of now BSAA agent Carlos Oliviera) group of guerilla revolutionaries purchase B.O.Ws to take out their oppressive government but without the knowledge or facilities to adequately to control the viral agents an outbreak soon ensues. Carlos is dispatched to investigate the new B.O.W which has been unleashed, being told to retrieve a sample and head back to an evac chopper so HQ can examine the sample to know what they’re up against and form a plan of attack in order to erradicate the threat effectivley. However upon reaching his rendevous point it becomes apparent that the outbreak quickly got gravely out of hand. . . .all that greets him is deep dark jungle, haunting silence and the familiar stench of death. With no sign of his team members, and most of his equipment being lost in the explosion of his vehicle (including his radio) he is left alone and ill-equipped in the darkness of the jungle. He reaches a small river-side settlement but all he finds there is a dying priest who utters only one word before collapsing. . . .”Desalmado”. . . .Carlos repeats the words back to himself in English, confused and unsettled. . . .”Soulless”. He then investigates a nearby house where he finds a man who has hung himself. Leaving the room momentarily he returns to find the body missing, the rope seemingly gnawed in half. Suddenly he is startled by a hideous moan from behind him, turning to see the reanimated body of the deceased man with his jaw gaping in such a way that it seems it is hanging off. After dispatching the abomination Carlos blood runs cold at the sound of more monstrous cries piercing the silence of the jungle settlement. Carlos fights off a number of these “Desalmado”, including the “Carnicero” (Butcher) but is quickly overwhelmed. But then, the sound of helicopter blades whirring fill his ears and sanctuary seems close at hand as it guns down the remainder of the monstrosities. It is fellow BSAA agent Barry Burton (his evac contact). Just when things start to look up, a thunderous noise and flames fill the sky as a rocket strikes the chopper (an image of the Nemesis creature flashes vividly in his mind). Carlos looks up to see a mysterious figure standing atop a distant building, silohuetted by the setting sun (flashbacks of nemesis flood his mind). Dishevelled and shaken with the realisation that salvation is now a one in a million shot Carlos soldiers on, taking a small near-by fishing down the river. . .into the darkness. . . .
